You willbeworking in the HR department and collaboratingwith the Sales department. Youraimwillbe to find new technical profiles (mostlyengineers and managers). We are looking for someone open-minded, curious, thatis not afraid by technicalfields and that has good personal and communication skills. •Understanding of the job description
•Head huntingtechnical profiles (IT, engineers…)
•Screening and presentation of the selectedCVs to the Sales manager
•First round interview of the candidates
•Follow up and reporting in English to the managers and clients
•Looking for new tools, database etc… to search for profiles
•HR processstudy and improvementsproposal
Skills, and Abilities
•Level of studies : Bachelor or Master’s degree in Human Resources or Business
•Interestedin workingwithtechnical and engineering profiles
•Meticulous and organized
•Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
•Like to take initiatives
•Ability to adapt to different situations
•Languages : English (fluent), other languages are a plus.
