1.At least 5 relevant working experience in management level.
2.Ability to communicate with all levels of staff, both orally and written.

4.Working knowledge of Chinese Employment/Labor Laws and Regulations.
5.Familar with Microsoft Word, Excel and powerpoint.
6.Fluent in Mandarin and proficient in English.
