1.POSITION SOUGHT & MISSION Western chef is the lead of CICAS Chinese Culinary Course teaching. This role will serve as a teacher and also a role model to instruct students with key Chinese culinary skills as well as to inspire them with innovative cooking techniques and entrepreneurship spirit of CICAS TASKS Course Content Design | Conceive, organize, and plan the detail course content based on the confirmed course outline. Culinary Course Instruction | Implement and execute culinary courses for both theory courses and practical courses according to the designed teaching plan Chinese Kitchen Management | In charge of the overall Chinese kitchen’s daily educational operation, ensure the kitchen’s safety and food hygiene. Student Individual Guide | Pay enough attention to each student’s individual learning status, encourage proper technique, provide sufficient facilitation and guide as needed.
1.ESIRED ACADEMIC EXPERIENCE Bachelor Degree in accredited Chinese Culinary Art Vocational School | local or foreign vocational schools DESIRED PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE Chain Hotel Chinese Kitchen Executive Chef | In culinary industry for at least 3 years with responsibility over a team of 3 or more people. Culinary Art Vocational School Chinese Cuisine Instructor | Responsible for designing and implementing Chinese culinary courses in the vocational school. DESIRED HARD SKILLS Chinese | Native speaker English | Not mandatory Teaching Capability | Comfortable public speaking skill Chinese Kitchen Equipment | Familiar with the operation procedures of major Chinese culinary appliances.
