1.Format client press releases, proofread documents or edit translations with speed and accuracy;
2.Offer professional suggestions to customers on how to improve their press releases
3·Write professional English releases for customers.
4·Ensure that all clients are handled to the highest customer service standards;
6·Ensure that the team's routine workflow runs smoothly and that tasks are managed properly;
7·Working in a technical environment - Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the operations department's
distribution platforms and processes;
8·Maintain seamless collaboration with colleagues in other functions such as sales, client services, finance, etc., and provide help as needed;
9·Provide regular (daily, weekly) feedback of operations activities to Supervisor.
1.High proficiency in English press release writing is a must;
2·Fluency in spoken English and proficiency in conversational Mandarin is required;
3·Possess an excellent phone manner – in English and Mandarin.
4·Hold BA degree in related field (English, Communications, etc.), with a minimum three years of related work experience
and one year of management experience;
5·Possess solid judgment and initiative;
6·Solid computer skills – Windows and Microsoft Office;
7·High level of self-motivation, energy and accountability;
8·Excellent communications and interpersonal skills;
9·Strong ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure;
10·Be available to work late and on weekends, if needed;
11·Have an understanding of Multimedia, SEO and content creation, including knowledge on press release development,
blogging, social media and effective presentations; and
12·Feel comfortable speaking in public and interacting with clients and other stakeholders;.
